Returns & Exchanges Policy

At HealthLabs Pharm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
